About Us
The Webster Foundation is a community-rooted nonprofit supporting at-risk youth and families across Washington, DC. We provide a safe, empowering environment led by mentors who are native to the District—young enough to relate, experienced enough to guide. Through a developing youth program and year-round charity efforts, we offer access to mentorship, education, wellness, and creative exploration. Our whole-person approach supports cognitive, emotional, physical, and social growth—meeting youth where they are and helping them build the future they deserve.

🌱 Thrive Collective: Building Whole, Confident Youth
Thrive Collective is our signature youth development program designed to support at-risk youth through mentorship, wellness, creative expression, and career exploration. Led by successful and relatable DC-native mentors, Thrive helps students grow in every area of life—emotionally, academically, socially, and beyond.

At The Webster Foundation, our commitment goes beyond youth programming—we serve families too. Through our annual holiday drives, seasonal giving events, and expanding outreach efforts, we provide hands-on support to DC communities in need. Our goal is to meet people where they are, offering real help during real moments that matter.
